Band : Big Sean Title : I Decided Release Date : February 3, 2017
Big Sean reminds us why he’s the King of the West Side on his fourth studio album I Decided (February 3, 2017). It’s back-to-back stacked albums with this guy. Sean is dope. Listen to the Detroit Player preach the gospel of the Midwest.
And the trippy video for “Bounce Back”. Classic Sean.
Big Sean, like Drake, put out an album this year – speaking even more directly about my story and struggles, and tying his life to ours. One of his best. Probably my favorite, for obvious reasons.
They just announced it a few days ago, now it’s here. Big Sean and young Jhene Aiko are amazing for this Twenty88 album. In a world where monogamous relationships and hard work are pushed to the bottom of a record label’s agenda, Sean and Jhene push for a different way. Bless up, this is Detroit, Michigan to Los Angeles, California. Sean’s got another album coming later this year too boi.
Donnie Trumpet and Chance The Rapper‘s group The Social Experiment piece together a beautiful and complex work of art for the city – Surf (May 28, 2015). The gang is getting more clouted up now, so they were able to get some other rappers on there too. More than anything, this shows a bright future for Hip Hop in a land that could use some shine. The trumpeter is a coo nuance.
Big Sean has been dropping gems for years but this is his best to date (February 24, 2015). No much to say about his 3rd studio album, just hit play. He’s got many of his common collaborators on here and many new ones. Certified Platinum.
Big Sean keeps rolling with his second project under the GOOD Music umbrella. Sean is putting on for Detroit, Michigan, and UKNOWBIGSEAN, it’s bars (April 21, 2009).
Big Sean got the chance the spit for Kanye, and the man signed him shortly after. Hear about this and more on the Detroit rapper’s debut project with GOOD Music, Finally Famous: The Mixtape (November 24, 2007).
