I’m excited to present my first music video for some time. As I mentioned, American camera people are inartistic and lazy, so I went ahead and started filming myself. The “Fresh Air” record comes from the Chapter III: GOD album.
I only recorded this song one time – the first time – straight through, freestyling. This is how I made most of the project. The engineer, me, left the vocals raw with no equalization, reverb, autotune, direction, etc. Flip did the instrumental. We shot the video in Chesterton, Indiana (by the Indiana Dunes), using the Samsung Galaxy S8. I directed, filmed and edited. My homie Splitty helped out behind the camera as well.
“I just needed some fresh air, baby
I just needed to kill some hate, baiji”
