Devon Alexander comes out firing with the Empty Promises 4-track project. He’s talented, and brings Hip Hop and Rock together seamlessly, showcasing his ability to adapt his songwriting to different types of records. Some quality riding music.
The first track has a more trapped out beat, while the second has a more chill sunset type sound, and reveals a noticeable amount of melodyne on Devon’s voice, as there is in most modern Pop music, but the third is a more Coldplay alternative rock type joint, and the artist offers a club banger last.
