Kweku Collins – “Memorial”

Kweku Collins is everywhere with his brand of Midwest island Hip Hop. Think Kid Cudi – only more Chicago. The Evanston-raised singer truly embraces the fourth coast mentality in his music. “I wrote “Memorial” as a way of making myself say things I’d only ever thought,” Collins says according to PAPERMAG.

The Closed Sessions artist recently dropped the Spicy Caliente EP. For the brave only. Also, check out this buzzing “Hoopdi” joint.

“Where are you taking me love?
I don’t know these roads
I don’t know these street names
I’m starting to get nervous”
