It’s everybody’s favorite time of the year agaaaaaaaain. Every year since 2008 XXL Magazine has dropped it’s infamous list of the top ten hottest up-and-coming emcees (even though it’s usually more than ten). This year looks pretty good, I especially like the influx of Midwest artists in the recent years (5/10). Just need some Wisconsin representation. IT’S OUR TIME.
